Complete the form online, send us a message or an email along with your concept and visuals if available and we will send you a quote.
REMIT DEPOSIT
Once your send us a formal order and approve our quote we will require a 50% deposit to lock in your order.
APPROVE DESIGN
We will send you a detailed script of the toy we are making for you. We work with you and advise you on manufacturing options.
APPROVE SAMPLE
We will email you photos and videos of the draft sample. If any changes are required, we will quickly amend to your desire. Photos will be resent to you for your sign off.
REMIT FINAL PAYMENT
Once your order is complete and ready for delivery/collection, we will notify you. The balance of payment is now required to release your order.
DELIVERY/COLLECTION
We deliver worldwide via sea freight and airfreight. We courier express with DHL/ Fedex and local courier providers.
